NouriTress Hair Products believes in a satisfied customer. If you are not satisfied with our Products, you can return the products before 30 days from date of purchase for a refund along with your receipt to show proof of purchase. All returns must be returned with a receipt.

To qualify for a refund, manufacturer's instructions/directions for use of product must have been followed and used as directed. Products must be purchased directly from nouritress.com website. If products were purchased from one of our retail partners, please follow instructions for return/exchange as listed on the receipt of the retailer. NouriTress does not refund purchases purchased from a retail partner. To return the item, contact us via email at support@nouritress.com. In the email, please provide:

  • Product purchased
  • Reason for return
  • Contact email & phone number

Once your return request has been received, one of our customer care representatives will contact you via email or telephone and provide you with a return authorization number to return the merchandise.

Return Items Procedure

Any items requesting to be returned and refunded:

  • Must be returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Must be returned with receipt
  • Must have used less than 50% of original size (if bottle is empty or almost empty, item does not qualify for return/refund) 
  • Will incur a 15% disposal or restocking fee
  • Refund returned to the card will be (Subtotal - 15% disposal/restocking fee ) - (Shipping & Handling) 
  • SALE ITEMS: If items were purchased during a sale, and customer received "Free Shipping", the shipping amount incurred by the company will be deducted from the refund amount. Refund amount  = (Subtotal - 15% disposal/restocking fee) + shipping free incurred by company.
Returning the merchandise:
  • Please place merchandise in its original packaging.
  • Write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the shipping package.
  • When shipping the package, make sure you insure the package for the value of the merchandise and make sure you obtain a tracking number for the shipment.
  • All shipping cost incurred for returns are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • NouriTress Hair Products, is not liable for lost or damaged packages.
  • Once the merchandise is received, please allow 7-10 days to process your return.
  • All credits will be refunded in the same manner in which payment was made for purchase minus shipping & handling. There is a 15% restocking/disposal fee on all returned items.
Note: All return requests that are not received within the 30 day return period are considered invalid and will be denied.

Shipping & Cancellation Policy

All orders placed before 3:00pm EST will be shipped out on the same business day. All orders place after 3:00pm EST will be shipped on the next business day.

All cancellation order request must be submitted before 9:00 am EST. Once your order has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but only returned. In order to return an order, please follow return policy listed above.

Inaccurate/Redirect Address Policy

If an incorrect address was entered by a customer and the order is delivered to the wrong address or redirected to the correct address, the customer will be responsible for all redelivery and redirection costs. When an order is placed, the customer is presented an opportunity to change or correct their address before the order is actually placed. If the order is place and the customer realizes that the address is incorrect, contact customer support immediately at support@nouritress.com and provide the correct address.
